Shipping Policy

Please review the following terms governing order processing, age verification, shipping, and return policies. By placing an order at Clebby’s, you agree to these conditions and our Terms of Use.



1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), will typically ship same day
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday after 11:00 AM, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday).
  • We do not process or ship orders on federal holidays.


2. Age Verification (21+)

  • All orders require age verification before shipping.
  • We use AgeChecker.net to verify both purchaser and recipient are 21+.
  • This applies to all orders, including gifts. We cannot ship until both parties are verified.


3. Shipping Carriers & Destinations

  • We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on destination, product, and applicable regulations.
  • PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery of most products. If a PO Box is entered, processing may be delayed or canceled.


4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders of $80 or more (before taxes and fees).
  • Orders under $80 are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.


5. Tracking & Multiple Shipments

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed.
  • Large or varied orders may ship in multiple packages for product safety. Each package will have its own tracking.


6. Adult Signature Requirement

  • Certain shipments may require a 21+ adult signature at delivery.
  • A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented to the carrier to complete delivery.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

  • If you purchased SavedBy Package Protection, use the link provided via email to submit a claim.
  • If you did not purchase package protection, email support@clebbys.com with your order number and details. We’ll review and assist as quickly as possible.


8. Cancellation, Returns & Replacements

  • Cancellations: May be requested within 6 hours of order placement (prior to fulfillment).
  • Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once shipped or processed.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll review for possible replacement or resolution.
