Sabrina Clebnik (aka Clebby)
has been known for her brownies since she was tall enough to reach the oven. They were a staple at every gathering...and everyone always wanted seconds. And it wasn’t just brownies…Friends and relatives relentlessly requested the "secret recipes" that made all of Sabrina's baked goods disappear faster than you could say, "Save me a corner piece."
Baking was always her thing.
Cannabis? That came later. While in college, Sabrina got a behind-the-scenes look at the cannabis world while working with a dispensary preparing to open in Massachusetts. Her job? Research what products they should carry. Naturally, she was immensely curious about baked goods.
And that’s when the wheels started turning (and not in the “I just had an edible” way).
Everything she found was overly processed, shelf-stable, and tasted like it had never seen a real oven. For people who actually enjoy the taste of home-baked goods, the options were bleak. Infusing at home felt like it required a PhD in math, an interest in smelly science projects, and an emotional support spatula.
So Sabrina did what she’s always done best: she baked.

After many rounds of testing the concept with supportive friends and family volunteers, Sabrina brought Clebby’s back to college and started entering pitch competitions. She ended up winning money, recognition, and, more importantly, a league of devoted, passionate fans who inspired (okay, demanded) even more flavor options.
